Booking General Conditions
Our prices are set according to the period of use of services, type of accommodation and number of occupants. Changes in reserve dates, number of people or type of accommodation, entail changes in prices.
Included in the prices of packages or daily sports activities under the supervision of our monitors on weekends and holidays. We also offer any services such as animation, shows, musical groups, among others. Not included: consummation in bars, snack bar, restaurants, tours, surfing lessons, activities in arts atelier applied, massage, boat trip, except for cases of special promotions.
The stay starts at 14 h and ends at 12 h if there is interest in reaching early or leave late, there will be additional charges. The application of this extension must be made at least 24 h to check availability. One can, however, remain until 14h in complex Resort.
The reserve will be assured when fulfilled the payment plan chosen on the booking date. If it is necessary to cancel or change the reservation, the customer must give written notice to Eco Resort, not being accepted cancellation or modification by phone. According to legal requirements in general and in particular with the provisions of Normative Resolution No. 161/95 of Embratur, the cancellation or change will be subject to collection of fees and fines according to the conditions below.
Change of reservation date
Transfer rate will be charged for each requested date change, and the possible difference in price between one period and another. If available at Eco Resort for the new date requested, the following deadlines for the dates change request should be observed:
- High season 15 days of the date of the advance (no changes will be made in Christmas packages, New Year and Carnival).
- Low season, 07 days in advance of entry.
If you can not change the dates, you may be prompted to cancel the booking according to the following conditions.
Cancellation of individual reservations (except long weekends, New Year and Carnival)
Requested up to 15 days before the beginning of the packet or daily, will be refunded the total amount paid by discounting the cancellation fee and reimbursement. Not being complied with within 15 days, there will be imposition of fine as the following table:
- Between 14 and 5 days, you will be charged 30% of the amount paid.
- Between 04 days until the start of the package or daily, you will be charged 100% of the amount paid.
Cancellation of individual reservations for New Year, Carnival and holidays
Requested up to 15 days before the beginning of the packet, the total amount paid by discounting the cancellation fee and refund will be returned. Not being complied with within 15 days, there will be imposition of fine as the following table:
- Between 14 and 7 days will be charged 40% of the amount paid.
- Between 06 days and the beginning of the package will be charged 100% of the amount paid.
Cancellation of reservation for groups and events
Requested 30 days or more from the beginning of the package, there will be an incidence of 10% fine of the amount previously paid and repayment of the remaining amount. After this period will be charged according to the following table:
- Between 29 and 21 days will be charged 20% of the package.
- Between 20 and 07 days will be charged 40% of the package.
- Between 06 and the beginning of the package will be charged 100% of the package.
Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show"
Non-attendance without prior written notice, the expected date of arrival will be considered as no-show (withdrawal without cancellation), with retention of 100% of the amount paid..
Withdrawal after entry
The withdrawal of stay after the entry or withdrawal of a service included in the package, will not give right to any refund, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package. As well as early departure will not give right to cash refund or credit on new everyday.
The Jundu Restaurant (self-service) only works in the high season period.
As we operate in an ecological reserve, any strange animal to our environment represents a potential risk to wildlife. Respecting the norms of sanitary surveillance, municipal and state laws that prohibit animals on the beach and in hotels do not accept animals brought by guests inside the Resort, standing by the customer arising from the burden of non-compliance with this rule
