CHILDREN POLICY
- 0 to 4 years old: Free of cost, up to 2 Children in the same room as their parents.
- 5 to 7 years old: Only pay for food. BRL 85.60 per day / per child.
- Above 8 years old: Price of an extra person.
- All our accommodations can accommodate a maximum of 4 people including children.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- We do not charge a service fee.
- Our apartments have a parking space in front of the apartment, air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone and internet.
- We do not confirm location of apartments, only categories.
- For consumption of own labels/drinks, see corkage fee.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Installments up to 3 times on the credit card.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation up to 3 days after payment of the reservation, will incur a fine of 10% of the amount paid so far and refund of the remaining amount. Outside this period, there will be a charge as indicated in the items below:
- Up to 90 days from the check-in date, 50% of the amount paid.
- From 89 to 60 days from the check-in date, 75% of the amount paid.
- Less than 60 days from the requested entry date (group check-in), full payment of the contracted services (no show) will be charged.
